Institute Football club wish to extend our best wishes to Raymond Foy on hearing the news that he is having to cut his playing career short on medical grounds.
Raymond played for Stute during the 18/19 season and our supporters will remember his tenacity, work rate and ability in the middle of the park. A 100% committed player with a great attitude and a moral compass that made him the sort of player, and person, that everyone would want in their team.
We know that Raymond, a natural competitor, will really miss his football, but we are certain that, following successful surgery and a return to full health, he will be just as much an asset as a coach as he was as a player.
Everyone at Stute will be wishing Raymond well for a successful operation and a speedy recovery.
